Hypertension is often referred to as the silent dolphin and with good reason. There are generally no signs or symptoms so unless your have your murder push checked regularly it is highly implausible you would even attending you had it. * Family story - if your family has a story of heart disease, strokes or heart attacks you could also be at venture but you can avoid having story repeat itself in your life.
* Young and region aged males - are more likely to suffer from hypertension than women of a similar geezerhood group. However once you get over 60 eld of geezerhood it becomes more prevalent in woman.
* Overweight or fat – the larger you are the more murder you need to verify gas and nutrients to your muscles and other embody tissues.
