How to Stop Snacking

Cutting down on snacking is important if you want to lose weight and this is a thing that many fail to change. Snacks seem small and insignificant but in the end of the day they add up and eventually diet plan and a new figure can be failed.

Quitting snacking might seem easy but it’s not because many things around invite you to “try” them especially if you work in the office (like me).

Polite male colleagues usually bring something tasty in a shape of chocolate and it’s hard to stay away from trying few, and then few again. The best solution is to get them fired but they are nice guys pleasing their colleagues.

Also, our vending machine does not help me to stay away from snacking at work. Very often (every day almost) a sugar rich fizzy drink and a chocolate bar at least are purchased from that evil machine making my goal of having a better body less reachable.

I recently found out quite disturbing fact that the average person spends $45 on snacks every month and I am pretty sure that I spend three times more if not more than that. My friend who lost her weight gave me few tips on fighting the snacking to which I’ll try to stick for a while:

How to Drink Water For Better Health

Over 70% of our body is made up of water, and it is widely recognized that it is an essential nutrient for our bodies. There are many common problems such as headaches, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, and fatigue, that proper hydration to keep optimum levels of fluid in our bodies, will lesson or even remove. It’s necessary to give our bodies the right tools to help prevent and treat ailments. The right minerals and nutrients combined with a proper intake of good water will assist the body in overcoming many problems.

Immune enhancing nutrients combined with an increased intake of water have been shown in recent studies to be one of the best defenses against most infections. Fluids and rest allow our body to overcome fevers from infections and helps in making us more resistant to other types of infection by increasing our natural ability to resist similar attacks in the future. As always prevention is better than cure.

When a loss of blood volume is noticed by the body‚ proper blood flow is maintained by closing off the less active capillary systems in order to keep supplying the more active areas of the body. Closing these vessels causes a rise in tension in the muscle mass ” hypertension “. Keeping proper water levels increases the volume of blood and lessons the muscle tension.

Skin Products That Can Make Your Skin Feel On Fire

Do you know what chemicals can burn your skin? Hair removal lotions, such as Nair, can burn. These things are really strong, and they will make your skin feel like it’s on fire when you leave it on for too long. It can burn your skin whether it is on for a few minutes or longer. It just depends on your skin and how bad it can get. The chemicals in it are what make the hair come out, and it can or will make your skin really red and sore. Your legs will be so tender that it will be hard to touch them, and it will hurt when you put on clothes. It will also be hard to move.

I had used both, and let me tell you, it was not good. My legs were so red and sore because it was burning them, and I only had it on for one to two minutes. Also, all the hair on my leg didn’t even come off. I had patches of hair still there. I had to get it off really fast because it hurt so much and the burning was terrible to bear. I got bumps on my skin from it, and I don’t even have sensitive skin. It was hard to lie down, and it hurt to scratch my legs. It also was painful to take a shower because of all the hot water hitting it. I had it for a few days and when the pain went away and my skin went back to normal, I vowed never to use it again.

Don’t put it on your private parts or on your armpits because it tells you not to. It can make it swell up, and you will have to go to the hospital because it can do a lot of damage to your skin and your body. Make sure you are not allergic to it because it will do much more than this. Read the directions so you will know what to do and how to do it right. Check the chemicals in it before you use it because some of those chemicals may not be good for you to use. Make sure you keep it up high from your kids because it will hurt them, and they can get it in their eyes and their mouth. It is poisonous to them so keep it away from them.
