Fat Camp…..Boot Camp….. What other camp? Yet another expensive fad! If you do not have discipline and will power no amount of money is going to do the trick and make you look thin and fabulous No…. I’m not thin and I’m always trying to loose weight. I too eat two slices of Pizza With a diet Pepsi but I realize it is MY choice or lack of it.

What happens after the Boot camp when I am on my own….. Exactly what happens after every Diet? I go out and buy new clothes in the next size up but after a lot of hard work only put in by you listen up America… If you have money to burn on a boot Camp, drag yourself and get started now.  And join the peace Corp. Spread some good in the world and melt off your lard.

The key to a great fitness boot camp workout is to “bring the energy”. Your clients are there for a fun workout and to escape the stress of the real world. They don’t care about equipment – they only care about results and having a great experience!

The strength exercises follow the warm-up and are done at this time when the muscles are not fatigued. After the strength exercises comes the circuits focusing on moderately difficult exercises. Three circuit methods have been included, however not all fitness boot camp workouts contain all three methods. Most workouts only use 1-2 different circuit methods.
