Fat Camp…..Boot Camp….. What other camp? Yet another expensive fad! If you do not have discipline and will power no amount of money is going to do the trick and make you look thin and fabulous No…. I’m not thin and I’m always trying to loose weight. I too eat two slices of Pizza With a diet Pepsi but I realize it is MY choice or lack of it.
What happens after the Boot camp when I am on my own….. Exactly what happens after every Diet? The key to a great fitness boot camp workout is to “bring the energy”. Your clients are there for a fun workout and to escape the stress of the real world. They don’t care about equipment - they only care about results and having a great experience!
The strength exercises follow the warm-up and are done at this time when the muscles are not fatigued. After the strength exercises comes the circuits focusing on moderately difficult exercises. Three circuit methods have been included, however not all fitness boot camp workouts contain all three methods. Most workouts only use 1-2 different circuit methods.

Start by running in place or alternatively you can do jumping jacks. Spend about two to three minutes doing one of these exercises as intensely and quickly as possible. It may be difficult but it is one of the most important parts of the workout so make sure you do it right. Remember to focus on the fact that you are losing weight.
Next, you will be doing an exercise called the “Mule Kick.” The right way to do this exercise is to stand with your feet right below you and try and kick both legs up toward your buttocks. Essentially, it will feel like you are trying to kick your backside. You need to do this exercise for two to three minutes with this exercise and watch the belly fat go goodbye.
OK, here is the next two minutes: Hit the floor for some good old fashioned pushups. Make sure you do the pushups so that your arms are parallel with the ground. In other words, make sure your body goes all the way down to the point that it all but touches the ground but does not actually do so.
