Make your skin wrinkles free !!!

Do You Know What Causes Wrinkles – And How You Can Prevent and Treat Them?
Most experts agree the number one major factor affecting your skin condition relates to your daily exposure to the elements.
If you work outdoors all day exposed to the sun with its UV-A rays, cold wind, airborne chemicals and dirt you are likely to develop more wrinkles than a regular indoor office worker. Empoyees in certain industries are more exposed than others, construction and farm workers for example, work in hot dirty conditions day after day and get filthy by the end of the day. They are the least likely types to use skin care products, and get more wrinkles which start earlier on in their lives.
The next issues are your daily habits — Do you smoke? Do you drink a lot of alcohol? Do you have a poor diet, and eat lots of sugars and fats? Do you do regular exercise or not? Are you tall and skinny or short and fat? Do you drink enough water and hydrate your body? Do you get enough rest? There are other but you probably get the general idea.
I am not suggesting you become a nun, totally abstain and not enjoy yourself, but, try and be sensible. The above have a big bearing on your general condition and in particular your skin health. Obviously, if you can improve your health and fitness and maybe give up smoking, it will certainly go a long way to help your skin improve in the long run.
